At Robeez, we want your little ones to have the perfect fit and comfort; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and attach it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn footwear in its original box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
